We just completed a remodel of our den. Inside and out. New walls, new patio doors and new siding. We could not be happier. The work was priced under what we anticipated and was completed without any delays. David and Pedro are the BEST and Steven kept things on schedule. Dylan runs a great company. After dealing with a couple of shifty contractors on the house we just bought Dylan and his team were such a welcomed breath of fresh air. David is so detail oriented and goes above and beyond. All of the subcontractors did exactly what was needed and cleaned up after themselves, we are planning to have them back next spring for phase 2! Highly recommend!

I recently used Build Well Northwest for a siding project which turned into a dry rot repair/siding project. I found the additional costs associated with the dry rot repair to be reasonable and fair. Kaitlyn did an excellent job with daily communication and she and Dylan both handled a couple minor concerns to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I wanted to buy the new vanity and bathtub myself with them installing. It turned out beautifully. We are going to have them back to do some more work on our kitchen. Highly recommend.
